Job Description
Working with an impressive portfolio of clients, you will join a well-established employment team acting for both employers and employees across all aspects of employment law, including business immigration. The office is friendly and situated just a short walk from the main high street and this small team are continuing to expand due to the high demand for their services.
This is an integral role where you will have a busy and varied caseload providing clear advice to clients on a range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious on a day to day basis. This will include negotiating settlement agreements, dealing with Employment Tribunal work, including advocacy, undertaking corporate support, such as TUPE and contributing to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives. You will also provide leadership to more junior members of the team and maintain and improve client working relationships for the firm.
