This role offers exposure to a diverse range of corporate and personal insolvency-related issues and this is an exciting phase of development for the firm as they wish to expand by developing their non-contentious practice, so this is a superb opportunity to help shape and drive the department forward.
The team have access to the best quality of work and are at the forefront in offering unrivalled expertise to their clients and they are well known for their contentious recovery work and have built a reputation for pursuing nil-asset recovery actions on behalf of office-holders.
You should have proven experience in handling a caseload of non-contentious and restructuring insolvency work and will have experience in advising and assisting relevant stakeholders with all aspects of non-contentious insolvency work. In addition, you will deal with the restructuring and sale of businesses as well as competency in drafting the necessary transactional paperwork.
