Job Description
Are you a natural Team Leader? Take on this brand new in house appointment where you will have an Employee Services focus and will be responsible for all data while managing a team of approximately 12. This role comes about as a result of a reshuffling in the team to ensure a focus on the Employee Services side; delivering a reliable and high class service will be at the forefront of your mission.
You will be setting a plan for the team and dealing with data migration, process improvements, bulk exercises, streamlining processes and stakeholder management.
In order to fulfil the needs of this role you will be PMI qualified, and have sound experience administering a large final salary pension scheme. You will pride yourself on your ability to ensure every employee meets their full potential.
