Salary: OTE £80k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A widely respected independent professional property company with offices across Essex are seeking a high calibre Associate Commercial Director to assist in the running of their busy Commercial Department in Colchester.
Specifically, a candidate who has the capacity to drive the business forward and grow and develop the already significant client base.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience at Senior Commercial Manager level as well as an exceptionally detailed knowledge of the commercial property industry.
You will need to have a thorough understanding of the latest legislations and be an influential leader with an ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels and have an innate sense of positivity and drive.
You will be a skilled business winner, a mentor and a motivator. If you live in the local area, that would be a bonus!
Skills: The skills required for this Associate Commercial Director (Commercial Agency) role will include:
- Significant experience in Commercial agency
- Held a Senior Managerial level position within the industry
- Extensive business development background in Residential Lettings
- Written and implemented exciting sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent track record of success
- Strong Leader
- Full Driving License essential
