My client is seeking a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate to manage a caseload of commercial and corporate clients. We are seeking someone with a wealth of experience, able to offer solutions and guide clients through complex legal matters.
You will be working in an established and successful team at this Legal 500, Lexcel accredited firm who are forward-thinking. Working collaboratively your experience will include start-ups, joint ventures, partnerships, looking at shareholder agreements, business finance, regulatory, IP and company secretarial matters.
