A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Negotiator within the Commercial Department of a highly success independent Estate Agency based in Colchester, Essex.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in the commercial property sales and lettings markets as well of good local knowledge of the area.
You will need to be tenacious, driven and committed as well as providing an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.
Skills: The skills required for this Commercial Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Some previous experience in the commercial property sector beneficial
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of the local area
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
