ROLE: Director of Operations
LOCATION: Derbyshire
SALARY: up to £50k plus Bonus

Our client is a luxury hotel within a fine collection of 4-star properties who require a Director of Operations to manage their flagship hotel. Operating to deluxe four-star standards, we require a polished hotel professional to lead the respective teams towards their individual and collective goals.

As such, we require an established Director of Operations or experienced Operations Manager who can manage the hotel operation daily with experience of managing all front of house and back of house departments within a 200-bedroom hotel with meeting facilities for over 250 guests.

* Ideally from a branded 4-star hotel background with experience of working with Brand standards.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to direct and manage operational activities to maximise revenue, profitability and quality.
* Be financially astute to communicate to employees, senior management and Board level, the business plan and strategy and performance.
* We also want you to demonstrate how you are participating in development of recognition programmes for staff, advertising and promotional programs and campaigns to increase market awareness and penetration.
