Master Vehicle Technician / Assistant Service Manager required in the Farnham area

• Pay: Up to £40,000 Basic Salary DOE +£4k Overtime for Saturdays + £6k  Uncapped Bonuses

Our client a family run Automotive Garage Group who operate throughout the South of England are currently seeking a Master Technician / Workshop Foreman who is aspiring to be a Garage Manager. This client has an excellent reputation with employees, suppliers and customers in their local area. 

They are seeking an Experienced Senior Vehicle Technician / Assistant Manager to join their expanding and highly experienced mechanical team with the view to be trained and to grow into Garage Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a Master Vehicle Technician who is looking to take on additional responsibility in their automotive career as a Foreman / Assistant Service Manager. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do. 

Within this Master Technician / Assistant Service Manager role your typical duties will include: 

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems
• Workshop Control & Assistant Service Manager 
• Assisting Garage Manager with customers, suppliers and staff in our clients specialist garage
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in automotive repair and maintenance
