- Pay: Up to £40,000 Basic Salary DOE +£4k Overtime for Saturdays + £6k Uncapped Bonuses

Within this Master Technician / Assistant Service Manager role your typical duties will include:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems
- Workshop Control & Assistant Service Manager
- Assisting Garage Manager with customers, suppliers and staff in our clients specialist garage
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in automotive repair and maintenance
