Food and Beverage Manager - Luxury Hotel

Salary : £45,000 per year + Bonus & Service Charge plus:

You will be responsible for effective recruitment, training and leadership of the pre-opening team of this hotel & spa.
Working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring your team delivers the ultimate guest experience and sets the highest standards for services such as breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and everything in between. You will be responsible for all business controls, including stock, labour, and general expenditure, working to budgets and sales forecasts.
Additionally, you will promote a strong communication between departments and maintain brand standards.
