Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day performance of direct reports, monitor KPIs, implement improvements, and set goals and quality standards. This role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-quality services to pension scheme members.

Responsibilities

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across pension operations

Requirements
* Proven experience in pension operations management
* Strong track record of driving continuous improvement
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of performance metrics and quality standards
