Working for this Legal 500, you will be joining an established and growing department, managing a variety of work and ensuring the best legal advice is provided. You will be 2-5 years post qualified, with experience of working in Real Estate.
Providing solutions on commercial property transactions and lettings, the department manage a large property portfolio and you will take on a fee earning position, to support your clients' investments and development opportunities.
We are seeking a clear communicator and strong negotiator, experienced in non-contentious work around all commercial property matters acting for both sales and purchases as well as landlords and tenants. The role does come with paralegal support and you will be responsible for signing off a variety of drafted documents and contracts.
