A highly regarded legal practice with a particular strength in the company commercial market, are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to work alongside the rest of the team in their thriving corporate team. You will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of client matters in the area of corporate and commercial law which will include:
- Business and share acquisitions and disposals
- Management buy-outs
- Share re-organisations, issues, buy-backs and transfers
- Corporate governance
- Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
- Advice on partnerships and limited liability partnerships
- Advising clients in various commercial contract arrangements
- Dealing with Intellectual property matters
