Service Charge Accountant
60K- 62K Annually

6-month temporary position
Based in the City of London
 
The Client:
My client is a Property company based in the City of London, and they are looking for a Service Charge Accountant to join their team temporarily. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance in your career and join an innovative company. You will be providing service change accountancy services for outstanding residential service charge reconciliations.
 
The Role:
  • Temporary for 6 months.
  • Salary: £60K- £62K annually.
  • Provide Service Charge management roles for an assigned selection of assets.
  • Build relationships with the asset, property, and facilities managers, and management accountant.
  • Review all necessary background information and system reports to establish a review of the income and expense transactions.
  • Process all adjustments, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Submit accounts to audit and revert on audit enquiries.
  • Prepare draft balance sheets for review.
  • Review and check all capping calculations.
  • Knowledge of Horizon and Voyager.
 
The Person:
If you are a Service Charge Accountant and have experience with commercial and residential property types and have great attention to detail. You have to be a proactive worker and have worked in a fast-paced role.
