Position Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing pension scheme data, processes, and systems, making recommendations for product and service implementation. You will contribute to the technical development of technology platforms and support project management activities.
Responsibilities
* Analyse received, transformed, and migrated pension data
* Transform data into required formats and structures
* Support loading transformed data into target systems
* Perform system configuration operations as required
* Record and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders
* Liaise with internal and external teams for handovers
* Support and manage junior team members
* Gather client requirements and translate into solutions
* Demonstrate systems to existing clients
* Document scheme and product information
Requirements
* Knowledge of DB, DC, CARE pension schemes
* Experience in data migration and analysis
* Evidence of client-focused project delivery
* Strong communication skills
