Senior HGV Technician / HGV Fitter
  • Salary: £45,000- £55,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • Schedule:10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Your choice of shifts: 6:00am - 4:00pm OR 1:00pm - 11pm
  • AM and PM shifts available
  • Weekend availability as required
We are currently seeking a Senior HGV Technician / HGV Fitter on behalf of our Client, an Automotive reputable commercial repair centre based in the Bedford area.

The successful Senior HGV Technician / HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £45,000 with OTE of circa £55,000 with working hours of Monday to Friday with having a choice of different shifts : 6:00am - 4:00pm OR 1:00pm - 11pm.

Our Client is looking for a Senior HGV Technician / HGV Fitter to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties of a Senior HGV Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:
  • Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
  • Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
  • Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
  • Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements of this Senior HGV Technician vacancy:
  • Previous working experience within the role
  • Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge
  • A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
  • HGV Driving Licence (desirable but not essential)
