This newly created role can be full time or part time and available from continued instructions both by recommendation and reputation. We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join the private family department which consists of 3 fee earners and additional experienced support. There is a ready-made and interesting caseload of private matters to include:
- Divorce
- Finances / Ancillary relief
- Private Children
- Domestic Abuse
- Pre & Post Nuptials
- Civil Partnerships
You will be responsible for your own caseload but there is always a cohesive and supportive team upon which to share ideas.
