Warranty / Service Administrator
  • Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 Depending on experience + £2,000 annual KPI-driven bonus
  • Hours: Rotating shifts (2 weeks 07:00-17:00, 1 week 09:00-19:00) and 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00-12:00)

Warranty / Service Administrator required for our Automotive Client based in Belvedere.

Our Client is a leading Commercial Vehicle Dealership and they are currently seeking a Warranty / Service Administrator to join their team.

For your hard work as a Warranty / Service Administrator our client is offering a salary of £33,000 basic.

Hours of work for this Warranty / Service Administrator role are Rotating shifts (2 weeks 07:00-17:00, 1 week 09:00-19:00) and 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00-12:00).

Responsibilities of a Warranty / Service Administrator for our Client:

  • Process and manage service, warranty, and PFL job cards to ensure compliance and maximise profitability.
  • Handle invoicing, including retail pro-forma invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and reconciliation of self-billing invoices.
  • Assess warranty and PFL claims, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely submission to meet manufacturer standards.
  • Monitor workshop WIP levels, keeping them below 250 hours, and address issues in technicians’ write-ups or parts details.
  • Liaise with Service and Workshop Managers, and coordinate with the Parts Department for label requests and non-warranty repairs.
  • Review and submit claims, manage rejections, and verify weekly warranty submissions for compliance.
The ideal Warranty / Service Administrator will:
  • Experience in a commercial vehicle or automotive environment is highly desirable
  • Experience of DMS
  • Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • A strong eye for detail
  • The ability to work under pressure
