Position Overview
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the fee earners within the department. You will assist with a diverse range of tasks, contributing to the efficient delivery of high-quality legal services to the firm's valued clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to fee earners in the residential property department
  • Assist with drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts related to property transactions
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence to support case preparation and client advice
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth communication and progress of matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months' previous experience in a similar role within residential property law
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Positive attitude, can-do approach, and willingness to learn and develop within the role
