We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a varied role, incorporating administrative and customer services experience within a financial services environment, along with strong attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills. You will be a focused and proactive individual, with excellent customer service and IT skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
Duties include:
- Handling a range of documents, including financial information, chasing customers to obtain additional details
- Dealing with a range of queries from customers and third parties via email and phone
- Reviewing and assessing paperwork received
- Updating systems and handling cases from initial application through to completion
- Working to FCA regulations, including security checks
- Liaising internally with a variety of teams, working alongside and supporting Underwriters
