Job Description
Escape recruitment are working with their client based in the Shawlands area of Glasgow to recruit a Mechanical Test Fitter.
This role will involve the Installation of pumps for testing including their ancillary equipment where applicable. This involves setting out and securing temporary foundations, pipework installation and rotor alignment. Connecting services to support lubrication and cooling where required.
If you are a Time served Mechanical Fitter with at least 3 years relevant experience within a heavy Engineering/Manufacturing environment or have worked Offshore / Marine experience then I would like to speak with you.
Experience with rotating equipment and laser alignment would be advantageous.
Due to the sensitivity of the products being manufactured, You must have a valid right to work in the UK, be a UK Nationalist, and be able to obtain Security Clearance to apply for this role.
