An excellent opportunity for a Site Manager in Liverpool has arisen on a brand-new development that will shape and regenerate an ageing estate bringing nearly 300 affordable houses to an area that will be ‘transformed into a diverse and green space for many generations’. The opportunity is for YOU as a Site Mangager to join another counterpart along with the Project Manager to bring this to life, completing the first phase of the transformational site.
If you have experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager delivering previous design and build residential projects like this, then this could be another feather in your cap. The initial steel frame apartment build will commenced in July 2023 with SFS and brick cladding, 90 units built over 6 storey’s – so if you have experience of this type of steel frame build, even better.
What’ll you’ll be tasked to do is support the Project Manager on one of the 40+ blocks, an all-encompassing presence handling any issues that arise on site be it the usual day to day construction ones, handling design queries, section agreements, road closures, crane lifts etc.
The business you’ll be joining operate in the Merseyside, West Cheshire and West Lancashire regions and as the Projects Manager you’ll be working directly alongside the Operations Manager, a guy with over 10 years in this position working for one of the NW’s major contractors – and a really good guy to boot who listens and looks to evoke positive reactions from his staff.
