JWR is currently working with one of the top 5 Star Hotels in Scotland, looking for an experienced & passionate Sous Chef to join their multi award winning team.

As Sous Chef you must have proven experience within high end fresh food environment, with the desire to progress in your career at the highest level. You will be working closely with the Executive Head Chef creating stunning modern dishes in keeping with the identity of the restaurant, using the best local produce available in the area.
