Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Wills, Trust & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our client a recognised Legal 500 who have multiple offices. Managing your own caseload, you will be joining a friendly team of fee earners and support staff. The clients will include 'walk-Ins' due to reputation, HNW landowners and the elderly and the work will be a mix of:
- Wills & Trusts
- LPAs
- Estate Planning and Administration
- Inheritance Tax matters
Experienced in meeting clients to provide advice and solutions, drafting legal documents and providing high quality client care, you will add value to the department and in return the firm offer superb benefits to include bonus, pension, healthcare and medical insurance cover and hybrid working.
