JWR is currently recruiting a Head Pastry Chef to join our clients prestigious and newly renovated luxury retreat set amidst the picturesque landscapes of North Yorkshire. After undergoing extensive investment, the hotel is set to reopen its doors in the summer of 2024

As Head Pastry Chef, you should demonstrate a track record of success in upscale fine dining environments, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and be up to date with current food trends and styles.

You will be working closely with the highly regarded Head Chef, creating stunning modern dishes in keeping with the identity of the restaurant, while using individual flare and ambition.
