Job Title: Head of Contracts
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Midlands/National Projects
Sector: Façades - MMC

Are you an experienced divisional manager with a history of running project management teams?

Can you streamline priorities for a national site programme and ensure accurate reporting across all jobs?

We have been appointed on an exclusive basis to speak to experienced senior construction managers within the façade or MMC sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are one of the market leaders in their field. As a Head of Contracts, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring & guiding a team of project managers who are delivering projects nationally for a tier 1 contractor client base.

Your background in managing project management teams will be essential as you will be expected to mentor and guide project managers through the full project life cycle as well as streamlining the reporting process between project managers, the board of directors and external clients.

As a Head of Contracts you will:

  • Manage & develop a team of project managers
  • Create build programmes to a high standard
  • Report back to the board of directors on a monthly basis on project progress
  • Travel to sites around the UK for strategic meetings as required
  • Oversee the full project life cycle, inception through to handover

We would welcome conversations with Heads of Contract who:

  • Have a background in delivering façade projects for a tier 1 contractor client base
  • Will be able to manage a diverse team
  • Can demonstrate a background in building & maintaining client relationships
  • Are able to create monthly reports on project updates
  • Have experience using different software's such as Asta power project & MS Office
  • Possess the willingness to travel Nationally for projects when required

In return you can expect:
