Service Advisor, Location: Swindon

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience

- Listen to customer concerns and address them promptly and professionally

- Provide accurate and detailed information about services and products

- Upsell additional services or products to customers when appropriate

- Schedule appointments and manage service orders

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or maintenance

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

 

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers

- Cash handling experience, including processing payments and providing accurate change

- Upselling skills to promote additional services or products to customers

- Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle repairs or maintenance

- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments, service orders, and customer records 

 

Job Type:

  • Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Experience:

  • service advisor: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
