Required Skills:

  • Currently a Head Chef within a similar role
  • Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
  • Very up to date with current food trends & styles.
  • Adhere to food safety legislation
  • Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
  • Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
  • Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions

JWR is excited to be working with a stunning boutique hotel located in Buckinghamshire, looking for an ambitious Head Chef to join the team and redefine the food offerings across the hotel in keeping with the hotels new modern vision.

As Head Chef you will have to display individual style and flair across all menus including, breakfast, lunch, dinner & afternoon tea, creating modern, well balanced, vibrant dishes using the best local & seasonal produce available.

As Head Chef you will work closely with the General Manager and be tasked with the operational excellence for the venue ensuring that the food offer and standards are executed to the highest standards.
