Job Description

An in-house pensions' role, managing a small team delivering a cradle to grave pensions administration service. You will shape and develop the team, and be responsible for all aspects of the day to day management and administration of the DB/DC pension schemes. Responsibilities will include overseeing the checking and calculation of benefits, developing and adapting processes within the department, manage scheme projects and provide support and root cause analysis for IDRPs. Additionally, you will provide training to all team members and develop the team through performance reviews and annual appraisals
