Job Description
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join an established legal practice where you will work collaboratively in a small team, managing a variety of Will, Trust & Probate matters.
There is plenty of work coming across from other departments, and you will manage your own cases, meeting clients, providing advice and support and drafting legal documents.
To be considered you will have confidence and experience in:
- Wills
- Estate administration
- Trusts
- Tax planning
- LPAs
- Court of Protection
You will be encouraged to take STEP, and be qualified to manage work unsupervised, however, assistance will be available on complex matters.
