Business Development Manager required in Kent
  • Basic Salary: Up to £26,000 negotiable dependent on experience.
  • Additional Bonus up to £55,000 p.a.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 – No Weekends.

Our client an LCV Main Dealer with over 20 years of Trading, seeking a Business Development Manager for their Commercial Vehicle Sales Team across Kent.

Our client represents several brands at over 14 locations across the Southeast of England who they have handpicked for their innovation, reliability, and value-for-money. Our client prides themselves on their customer service with every member of their 350 + team having the customers’ best interests at heart.

Our client is ideally looking for applicants with Commercial Vehicle B2B, Commercial Vehicle Sales Executives & Business Development positions, although they may consider applicants with similar experience within the Car Sales industry.

You will need to be a highly motivated, go-getter, and have the hunger for developing both your network and sales opportunities.

Duties of a Business Development Manager with our Client
  • Being the brand ambassador for our client.
  • Generating new leads to develop our aftersales and sales business team.
  • Engaging our customers and building long term relationships.
  • Developing our portfolio of aftersales support programmes.
  • Undertaking business presentations to sell our services.
  • Working with and analysing market information to promote our unique features over the competition.
  • Attending industry events, where necessary
  • Updating and utilising our CRM/reporting systems accurately
  • Supporting depots with Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
  • Promoting outstanding customer industry KPIs.
What our client expects of their Business Development Manager
  • Proven experience in a Commercial Vehicle Sales or Business Development Manager role
  • Previous experience in the commercial vehicle industry is a must. Experience in the passenger vehicle sector with a strong background will also be considered.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
