Managing around 2 to 3 Team Leaders your role will be varied. Objectives will include:
* Allowing better control to the pensions admin to centralise processes and improve efficiency.
* Providing daily technical support.
* Dealing with risk and compliance matters.
* Providing pension admin analysis and identifying its impact.

It is essential that you have experience within a similar role and have excellent people management experience.
