Team Administrator - London (Hybrid) - £150 - £175 a day (Umbrella)

A large rail organisation is seeking an experienced Team Administrator for a 3-month contract. This role is based in London and offers a hybrid working model.

Role Overview: The purpose of the Team Administrator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management team members and their teams. This includes shared diary management, managing and booking travel within policy and budget, coordinating team meetings, and managing small projects to a high standard, ensuring the collective team and Directorate is high functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete various administrative tasks, including diary management, travel booking, and team administrative support.
  • Prioritise workload and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Multi-task and manage multiple requests and tasks efficiently.
  • Manage and communicate with a range of stakeholders, including senior-level stakeholders and internal leaders, managers, and staff.
  • Utilise IT skills, including the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as diary management, travel booking, and meeting coordination.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple requests and tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Required Knowledge:
  • Understanding of administrative and support services.
  • Knowledge of problem-solving techniques to resolve ad-hoc issues.
  • Familiarity with office systems and software.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in providing administrative support within a business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders to coordinate successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.
