Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Reception Manager to lead our busy reception team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and efficient experience. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Client-Centric Approach: Ensure that all visitors receive a warm welcome and excellent service. Handle inquiries, direct guests, and manage client appointments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events. Work closely with executives and team members to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the reception team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage reception-related administrative duties, including phone calls, mail distribution, and office supplies inventory.
  • Security and Access Control: Implement security protocols, monitor access, and maintain visitor logs.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise promptly and professionally.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reception processes and streamline operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a reception or front-of-house management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with office security protocols and access control systems.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.
