Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high standards of service.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the hotel's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff with a positive and productive work environment.
  • Guest Relations: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Marketing and Sales: Create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, leveraging local business and tourism networks.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulations, including health and safety standards.
