  • At least 18 months experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
  • Strong experience in Modern British cuisine is preferable
  • Great attention to details and good leadership skills, managing from the front and supporting the rest of the team on all levels when needed

JWR is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join an experienced and quality vs quantity orientated operation in Chelsea area. Salary would be up to £50K and you will be supporting an experienced Kitchen team in running this very successful restaurant.
