Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Estimator
  • Highly Competitive Salary up to £43,000 p.a.
  • 40 Hour Working Week - Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.

We are currently recruiting for a Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Estimator to join our Client based in Barking.

Working for an Automotive Accident Repair Centre, the successful Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Estimator will be responsible for looking after all operations of this Bodyshop.

Our Client is offering the successful Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Estimator On Target Earnings of £43,000.

The hours of work for this Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Estimator role are 40 Hour Working Week - Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Estimator Person Specification
  • Have experience as a Bodyshop Manager within an Accident Repair Centre
  • Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop
  • Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills
  • An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations
The responsibilities of this Assistant Bodyshop Manager / Estimator role are
  • Ensuring that all vehicles entering the site for repair receive the highest level of attention
  • Ensuring as an Assistant Bodyshop Manager you motivate the team to take pride in their work and ensure a first-time fix
  • Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers
  • Taking responsibility for P&L of the Bodyshop
  • Estimating parts and labour costs to repair damage.
  • Ordering & Checking stocked parts.
  • Completing mobile vehicle estimates, assessing the extent of damage to the structural, body, mechanical, electrical and interior components of the vehicle.
