Onboarding Assistant

The Client:
My client is a thriving Brokerage company based in the heart of London; they are looking for an Onboarding Assistant to join them within their amazing offices. You will be supporting a team with administrative duties and being the first point of contact for brokers. This is a fantastic junior role.

The Role:
  • Salary is dependent on experience.
  • Permanent role.
  • 5 days in the office.
  • Managing an email inbox and answering any incoming phone calls.
  • Administrative duties.
  • Customer onboarding, sending our initial emails to customers to get documents from each.
  • Looking for someone super confident, switched on, and likes to get involved with the team.
The Person:
To apply for this role, you must have previous administrative experience or great communication skills. You will be confident, hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated also looking to progress within a role.
