Our client has been providing legal services to their clients across the Hertfordshire area for over 50 years, they have multiple offices and loyal staff, and we are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the team.
Managing a mixed caseload, you will be involved with all sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties to include high value listed homes. The position comes with secretarial property support, enabling you to give your time to clients and liaise with all parties as well as building up relationships with introducers. The firm are panel accredited with many lenders and you will provide advice on mortgage products, raise and answer enquiries from searches and finalise all post completion matters.
We are seeking someone who has good experience as a fee earner, able to communicate effectively and keen to raise this firm's visibility and reputation.
