Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the construction of a Local Authorities new-build development programme.
This role is based in East London.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring new-builds are managed effectively
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the development of new housing construction schemes
- Reporting on the progress of works
- Assisting with developing service area plans
- Following all relevant safety legislations and policies
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of working on large scale housing development programmes
- Experience of developing costing and valuation framework
- Must have relevant qualifications
