KFM are now recruiting for a Production Team Leader to work in the YO15 area for a well-established client based in the food industry!

⦁ Sunday to Thursday
⦁ to work for a well-established food factory.
The Role:
⦁ To be responsible for the production of food in a manner that satisfies leading industry standards in all aspects of Food Quality, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
⦁ Achieve the targets and job standards set by the shift production supervisor
⦁ To keep work area clean and tidy and encourage this within the team
⦁ Comply with all legal/company food handling and hygiene requirements.
⦁ Ensuring all staff work to prescribed methods, speed and quality.
The Person:
⦁ Have previous leadership experience.
⦁ Reliable
⦁ Good time keeping and attendance.
⦁ Ability to work to deadlines.
⦁ Able to work Nights Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am.
**(Hourly rate = £13.02/hour + £12 day shift allowance. Shift allowance is only payable when a full shift has been completed)
