Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager - Stunning Property - Coventry

This multiple award winning 4-star hotel with fine dining restaurant is now looking for an experienced Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager with a strong background within weddings and events operations.

About your experience...
* Already an Assistant C&B Manager or C&B Supervisor within hotel or wedding venue operations within the UK
* You must possess a proven track record in Conference & Banqueting, weddings and Events
* Be flexible in dealing with work demands & changing priorities
* Possess a proven track record in providing top-class customer service
* Be proactive & work under your own initiative
* Excellent communications skills with a real passion for delivery
* experience of managing large teams of staff
