Reception/Facilities Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Company: My client is a well-known Insurance company based in the heart of London. They seek a confident and experienced Reception/Facilities Manager to join their team permanently. This role offers an opportunity to work within a fantastic company and contribute to the smooth functioning of all departments.


Position Overview: As a Reception/Facilities Manager, you will ensure the office is running effectively on a day to day basis. Your responsibilities will be getting involved in a range on activities, monitoring health and safety, assisting with events and office maintenance. The successful candidate must have prior Reception/Facilities Manager experience, excellent organizational skills, be proactive, and very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the office and arranging necessary repairs.
  • Record office expenditures and manage the budget by tracking.
  • Responsible for managing  the reception staff.
  • Co-ordinate staff to ensure all tasks are completed on a daily basis.
  • Booking contractors.
  • Co-ordination of Fire Wardens and First Aiders.
  • Organising annual events.
  • Setting up new joiners with door passes.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to prioritise work & deadlines and a good level of attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • A high level of customer service and being able to manage a team.
  • Someone who is willing to get stuck in.
  • Enthusiastic team player who is willing to contribute to the success.
