Front Office Manager
4 star Hotel in Northamptonshire
Salary - offering £35,000 per year plus amazing benefits.

Our client is a luxury 4-star Resort Hotel with full conference and leisure facilities which is very popular destination within the stunning Northamptonshire countryside.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager who can lead your team to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure.

We need a well versed Front Office Manager who can deal with the everyday issues that can be faced in Front Office and therefore you need to be very organised and have a good eye for detail within a resort hotel.

* You will be managing the daily operation and coordination of front of house operations with the Front Office Manager, setting up procedures to ensure a smooth shift every time, able to manage requests for various room types without disappointing the guest and processing all bookings, paying attention to detail.
* You will need to have experience of managing and analysing guest satisfaction levels.
* Maximise room occupancy, recognising guests needs to promote hotel services and in-house facilities.
* Ensure your Reception and Night Team Members (totalling 16) have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
* Communicating with Management regarding employee and customer service issues.

The Essential Skills:

* Previous experience of managing a Reception & Nights team at FOM or Assistant Manager level.
* Must be from a 4 star hotel environment and able to work early and late shifts, working 5 days out of 7.
* The ability to supervise and lead a team within a fast-paced environment.
* Be self-driven, able to work within a team and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times.
* Be an excellent team player whilst having first class attention to detail and remain calm head when everyone around you is losing theirs.
