Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Step Teachers are currently seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team starting September 2024. This role will either be part-time or full-time but yet to be decided.

The headteacher has established an ethos of high expectations and leadership within maths and English, which is outstanding. Students’ behaviour in and out of lessons is excellent and they develop outstanding attitudes to learning and have respect for each other and the school.
Key Responsibilities of a Science Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons to students across various year groups.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic success.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence in Science.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best practices.
Requirements of a Science Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Science Teacher at the secondary school level in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Science curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
