Ongoing Temporary Role

Our client is a leading insurance company specialising in worldwide insurance and specialist underwriting services. With amazing offices based in the heart of the City, they are now looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the team.

  • Meet and greet all visitors to the offices, ensuring a professional reception area is maintained at all times
  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner, redirecting or taking messages efficiently and accurately
  • Provide callers with any relevant information they require including address, directions etc
  • Ordering stationary and office supplies for the office
  • Maintain bookings for meeting rooms with internal or external meetings, ensuring any clashes are dealt with
  • Book couriers and taxis in a timely manner, ensuring accurate details are provided
  • Organising incoming and outgoing post

  • Must have some previous experience in a professional services environment
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong and accurate attention to detail
  • Must have a clear and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to multi task and prioritise own workload
  • Well presented, with a calm and professional demeanour
  • Must be a strong team player as well as able to work on own initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain professional working relationships at all times
