ROLE : Food and Beverage Manager
LOCATION: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
SALARY : £40,000 per year including :

We have an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and engaging Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and manage the daily operation of the multiple F&B outlets within the 4 star independent hotel with Leisure and Golf. You will be responsible for leading the team on daily basis to ensure that all of our guests are receiving the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered throughout our F&B departments
* We are looking for someone who comes with experience of working from a combination of a high-quality food operation as well as also possessing a broad background of all other areas of food and beverage within the Hospitality business.
* Lives locally ideally 1 hour drive from Cheltenham.
* We need an engaging and passionate leader to build and drive the team in its delivery of exceptional seasonal dishes .
* Must have the capability to lead from the front with a hands-on attitude and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards.
* Possess very strong F&B knowledge, to support your team in the Restaurant, Bar and Conference departments.
* A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation.
* Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the F&B department.
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management
* Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service.
