Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available to work with a Local Authority in London as a Community Premises Officer.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

- Manage and obtain contracts relating to maintenance, repairs and decoration works
- Complete assessments of works throughout the borough to ensure high standards are met
- Manage budgets (up to £2million)
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders and contractors
- Ensure health and safety policies are followed throughout the borough

Candidate requirements:

- Understanding of relevant legislations and regulations (e.g., building regulations and fire safety)
- Experience of working in a similar role previously, either with a Local Authority or Housing Association
