Service Centre Supervisor required in East Bristol. 
  • Fully negotiable starting salary pending experience.
  • 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with no weekends required.

Our client, an independent automotive service centre situated in the East Bristol region, are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to oversee their front-of-house and workshop facilities.
 
Reporting to the Business Owners and responsible for three Vehicle Technicians, as the Service Centre Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the operation and daily running of the centre ensuring maximising workflow through the workshop to achieve maximum efficiencies.
  • Creating and fostering a positive experience through handling incoming and outgoing customers and their vehicles.
  • Assisting with the training and mentoring of staff. 
  • Overseeing the source and supply of vehicles parts, consumables and sundries.
  • Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
  • Handling invoicing and general administration with the maintenance of documents in adherence to our client's policies and procedures.
In order to be eligible you will need to hold transferable experience at a supervisory/management level overseeing an automotive workshop team. You will have the ability to lead and manage such a team, the ability to demonstrate success at in developing and maintaining a positive culture, a strong customer focus with the ability to encourage the team to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience, have experience in maximising sales whilst controlling costs, and ensure compliance with our client's high standards. A UK driving licence with minimal points in mandatory. Any experience working as a Vehicle Technician to be able to assist in the workshop would be highly advantageous however is non-essential.
