Position: Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom activities and assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons; provide one-on-one Support; offer personalized help to students who may require additional assistance. As a Teaching Assistant you will assist with administrative tasks; inspire curiosity and foster a love for education by encouraging questions and exploration. The Teaching Assistant must have experience and patience of SEND students or SEMH, and must be able to participate in all aspects of learning even PE!
Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
- A degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for teaching and a desire to share that passion with students
- Prior experience in a school or educational setting is a plus.
