ROLE : Hotel Manager
LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: Up to £45,000 per year plus 10% Bonus based upon EBITDA Performance

A significant hotel group in the Lincoln area are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager. This hotel will be a major venue in the East Midlands region with over 150 luxurious rooms, restaurant and bar, Conference facilities for over 400 delegates.

We need a Hotel Manager with experience of managing a very busy hotel operation ideally within a branded 4 star hotel environment to understand the challenges of maintaining brand standards and key priorities.

We need a customer facing Hotel Manager who is seen out and about in the operation offering support and guidance to the team and not afraid to help out as and when required.

Ideally you will have experience as a Hotel Manager/Deputy GM of a Branded 4 star hotel.
Our Hotel Manager needs to have a presence every day in the operation and not hide away in the office.
You will need to have Vast revenue management and F&B experience as well as excellent commercial awareness and ability to lead, coach and develop the FOH teams (HK, Front Office etc.)


This role would suit a Hotel / Operations Manager or Deputy General Manager who is ready to take on a busy hotel operation and has vast revenue management and F&B experience within a hotel with volume C&B numbers.

We would love it if you have an excellent commercial awareness and ability to lead, coach and develop your FOH teams.
